By accessing or using the Site, you are deemed to have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by any such changes.

The site, including all of its contents, such as text, audio,video, music, sound, images, and the HTML or other codes used (Materials) are Sean McElrath property or that of our suppliers & licensors and are protected by patent, trademark and/or copyright under United States and other country laws. You may not use, download, upload, print, copy, display, reproduce, publish, modify, edit, delete, add to, license, post, transmit and/or distribute any materials from this site, in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access of the Site solely for your use of information and services contained here so long as you do not portray Grice Gun Shop or their products or services in a false, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

The Site is a general purpose site and is not targeted towards children under the age of 13. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this sight. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You must be 18 years or older to order from this Site. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or adult guardian. You must be 21 years of age or older to order a handgun, frame, receivers , pistol-grip shotgun, and/or ammunition or ammunition components.

Firearms of any kind will not be shipped directly to you, it is your responsibility to locate the FFL dealer that you want the items to be shipped to. You will pick up the item to be transferred from that licensed dealer. Be sure you check on your local laws before ordering items. You are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you place your order. You are responsible for complying with all firearms and other item laws in your state/area. If you are not sure if the item you want to order is permitted in you area, check with your local law enforcement agency before ordering. You must provide a valid contact phone number and email where you can be reached should we have any questions on your order. We may contact you prior to shipping your order.

You will be responsible for payment for all orders you placed on our online website. If you are not sure about what you are ordering, please call our customer service line at 717-805-7403

APPLICABLE LAW

By placing an order, you agree that the items or services ordered will be used only in a lawful manner as intended by the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age laws) in regards to possession, use and/or the sale of any product purchased on the Site. When visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use. All and any use of the Site, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim or conflict with Grice Gun Shop, Inc. resides in the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Our site has appropriate safeguards to help protect the security, integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the personal information we have collected. Our privacy and security policies are reviewed periodically and enhanced as required and only authorized individuals have access to the information you provide to us.

Information we collect: The information we collect only pertains to your order. We collect your name, address, phone number, fax number, email, and item information from your order. The information we collect may be used for our advertising purposes, directed to you, the customer.

WE DO NOT COLLECT AND SELL CUSTOMER INFORMATION.

Your email address: We will not give or sell your email address to outside parties. We use your email address for order confirmation, customer questions, and our own email advertising for goods and services. If you wish to discontinue receiving our email advertising you may request to opt out.

Credit Card Numbers: Your credit card transactions are processed through a secure server with encryption . We do not store credit card numbers in our system once the order is processed. Once your order is processed/completed, the credit card numbers are removed from our system to help insure safety.

Payment methods we accept. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER
PAYMENT IS COLLECTED WHEN ORDER IS SHIPPED.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS:

Once you place an order, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, the purchaser. The shipping address must be compliant with any restrictions of the carrier. All purchases made from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Based on this, risk of loss and title for products pass on to you upon shipment of the product. If a package is damaged in transit, you are responsible to file claims with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, notify UPS, FED EX or USPS. Have your tracking number ready to give them to file the claim.

CONFIRMATIONS, CANELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

All online orders will be confirmed with the customer via email. Due to the fact that multiple people may be ordering at the same time, we reserve the right at any time to cancel or limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service or fulfillment of any order or to any customer. If your order is reduced or canceled, you will be refunded for any payment that you had made or the difference if order reduced.

CONTENT AND PRICING INFORMATION

Because availability, prices and product descriptions can change very quickly, the products and services listed on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. The inclusion of any products listed on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that the items will be in stock at time of pulling the order. Certain measures and weights of the product will be available upon ordering. Product weights and similar descriptions are approximate and will help with shipping information. We attempt to ensure that all information on the Site is complete, accurate and up to date.

We cannot guarantee that all product,images or pricing information is completely accurate. No representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on the Site is made. In the event there is a pricing error or discrepancy on our site with respect to products or services, we reserve the right to cancel any orders and/or partial orders for those products or services.

FIREARMS ORDERS

In accordance with the Federal Law, Grice Gun Shop cannot and will not ship any firearms to your home or work. By law, firearms must be purchased in our store or shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer of your choice. When you choose to purchase a firearm, you will be prompted to pick a FFL to have the item shipped to and you will then go there for the background check, to pick it up and complete any paperwork required for a gun purchase.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

The products we sell are warranted by the manufacturer not by Sean McElrath Therefore, if you have a defective product you are responsible to contact the Manufacturer to see how the replacement or refund will be handled. Most all products have an information sheet enclosed listing the Manufacturer's phone and address. If you have a product and do not have this information, look online for the manufacturer information, if you cannot locate this information contact our customer service at 717-805-7403 or email mcelrathsean2@gmail.com and we will be glad to help.

TRADEMARKS

 Misuse of any Trademarks or any other content displayed on the Site is prohibited.

HOW TO ORDER

HOW WE SHIP

  • We ship to all 50 states. We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time and most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Customers can request other UPS services, such as Next Day, Same Day Service, etc. Shipping rates are higher for 2nd Day, Next Day or Same Day Service, calculated by the UPS or USPS.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Handguns must be shipped 2nd Day Service by either UPS or USPS. Rates are calculated by UPS and / or USPS.

  • Alaska and Hawaii customers should contact us for shipping rates.

  • Orders may arrive in more than one box with the invoice on the outside of the box.

SALES TAX

  • We are based in Pennsylvania, therefore, we only charge 6% sales tax to PA residents.

  • If you live outside of Pennsylvania, there is no sales tax charged for online orders. You are responsible to pay any sales and/or use tax due in your state of residence.

ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • All shipping times are quoted in business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.

  • Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

  • In-stock orders placed before 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) usually ship same day.

  • We do our best to get your package out on time, however the transit times listed are estimated and cannot be guaranteed by Grice Gun Shop, Inc. Please plan accordingly.

  • Same Day Shipping is available on most, but not all items.

  • Orders shipped to HI and AK must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail.

  • Expedited Shipments- 2nd Day and Next day must provide a street address. Carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box

  • An email will be sent to you upon shipment, listing the tracking number and carrier.

  • Adult signature is required for ammunition and firearms.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order.

  • Weekends and Holidays will delay shipment.

  • Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for overweight/oversize or hazardous items.

  • We will ship the products the most economical carrier based on the delivery destination and the package size.

  • An adult signature is required for firearms and ammunition.

EXPORTS

  • We currently do not export any product outside the United States.

UNITED STATES ORDERS (Miscellaneous Shipping Information)

  • Restocking Fee - 15% of order total.

  • NSF Fee - $50.00 per returned EFT

  • We do not ship C.O.D

  • Shipping rates (UPS or USPS) are based on weight, size of product, zone (location) and the method of shipment you choose.

  • Residential and Commercial rates do vary.

  • Hazardous Material Fee- $37.50 per package
    (Note: Different Hazardous Materials CAN NOT ship together such as primers and powder.)
    (Hazardous Materials can not be shipped by air express.)

  • Overweight/Oversize items - Additional charges may apply. This is due to the UPS/USPS
    DIM charge - Dimensional Weight of a box exceed the actual weight. We will contact you to advise if this DIM fee applies.

  • We do not refund shipping cost for items returned.
    (Wrong Size, Wrong Item Ordered, Customer Changed Mind)

  • Returns must be within 30 Days of purchase with Sean McElrath approval

  • Grice Gun Shop, Inc. Shipping Errors - Shipping will be refunded

  • We will only ship to the address listed . We do not ship to P.O. Box

  • Defective Items- These must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or refund

  • You, the customer is responsible to know your state and local laws regarding specific product you may want to order.

  • Certain oversize/overweight items cannot be shipped and must be picked up.

RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase they make. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make every effort to exchange, replace your item or provide a refund once the guidelines are met. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt and Grice Gun Shop approval.

RETURNABLE ITEMS GUIDLINES:

  • ALL returns must have original receipt or invoice

  • ALL returns must have been purchased within the last 30 days

  • Items must be in new and unused condition

  • Items must have original packaging, tags attached, all parts and manuals

  • You must call or email to get approval for return

  • You must include the Return Approval Form listing reason for return

  • Be sure to check the appropriate boxes if requesting exchange, replacement or refund

  • Refunds will only be applied to the original Credit Card that was charged or gift card used

  • Bring or send a copy of a Valid Photo ID

  • We do not refund freight/shipping -unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment

  • We do not accept C.O.D returns

  • Once approval number is issued, items can be returned by UPS, Fed EX or USPS

  • Items found to be defective after the 30 days must be returned directly to the manufacturer

  • Items returned within the guidelines, accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original item price. If the item is currently on sale or part of a promotion you will be refunded at that price plus any applicable sales tax.

  • If you prefer we send a return label, your refund will reflect a fee of $15 for the return freight Larger/heavy weight items- the fee may vary

INDEMNITY

When ordering from the Site, you hereby indemnify Sean McElrath and its affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, harmless from and against any losses, costs, expenses, or damages and undertake to keep Sean McElrath indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, expenses, or damages, including attorneys fees and court costs, arising from any claim, action, or suit or demand of any third party due to, or arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Continuous.

BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Without prejudice to Sean McElrath other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Sean McElrath may take such action we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to our website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

WARRANTIES: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We strive to keep our services safe, functioning correctly and secure, but we do not guarantee the continuous operation, delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information available on our site.
